1. Object of the Online Contract and its Conclusion
The online sales contract is a remote agreement that has as its object movable goods and/or services, stipulated between the supplier, the company Roberto Cavagnini & C. S.A.S. (with headquarters in Via Nazario Sauro 9, 25016 Ghedi (BS), Italy), and a consumer and/or customer. The contract is concluded within a remote sales system organized by the supplier, which uses exclusively the remote communication technology called the Internet.
The conclusion of the contract occurs directly through access by the consumer and/or customer to the website at www.cavagnini.com/store, where, following the instructions provided, the customer can finalize the purchase of the goods or services. Alternatively, the purchase can also be completed by telephone or email.
